This is the worst company I have ever seen or signed up with.First they charged me 80.00 for installation fee and they never even installed it cogeco did then I got charged 65.00 admin fee and 10.00 for shipping and 76.00 for phone and internet & it took 12 hours 5 tech support people chats and the phone still would not work !!!!
There is no physical tech support at all either they just mail you the equipment & expect you to figure out how to hook it all up & get it going yourself !!
Never again will I use this company OR reccomend them to anyone !!! Awful awful company they took my money & gave me shoddy service & ripped me off I am NOT HAPPY

My public IP address is now holding at 69.63.43.108. But now execulink is changing the speed of my DSL which should be is 6 MB/640. Causing drops in communications.
Here is the speed reported by Testmy.net over an 1 hr period.

Execulink is forcing my DSL MODEM public IP from being identified as Execulink to Golden Triangle On line. My DSL MODEM has not been reset and currently I have a public IP address of 69.63.52.192 on Oct-9-2017. But Execulink changes my IP to addresses to something like 216.59.231.171 which identifies as Golden Triangle On Line. My DSL public IP changes frequently if it is on the execulink.ca IP address. I will update this forum evertime it changes. I have had Execulink reimbursment for frequent outages in Internet without notification.

Execulink stated on Sept-19-2017 in this forum that, the privacy of our customers it is of utmost and this is why they do not provide the public IP address space. However you can go to "https://whois.arin.net" and they will provide the public IP space.

After submitting a review about Execulink. I receive a message from them that "notice of alleged copyright infringement" the network in which this infringmenet is intended is Golden Triangle On Line service account holder. I am on Execulink. Could this be why my Execulink refused to provide their DSL public IP space address? Execulink purchased Golden Triangle in 2005 and some of our assets still retain the Golden Triangle name, however those IP’s are operated by Execulink Telecom. Please refer to our previous comment as to why we are unable to provide you with this IP information.

I have been with Execulink for about 7 years now. Their customer support used to be above and beyond, ( I still remember a tech offering to help me reconfigure with home network when I bought a new router).
They have reduced their support a bit, but still WAY better the BELL.
They are also just slightly pricier than other resellers with similar ratings, but I'm still hanging with them. DSL 15 has been stable.
We appreciate that you have been a loyal customer for 7 years. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and providing us with your feedback.

Been with Execulink (originally GoldenTriangle) since 1998. Always have had great service. In the last year we have notice a drop in speed in the evening hours which is frustrating with three users in the home. Have called but service is only 6Mbps in this area. With that speed and problems in the evening can be frustrating. We're sorry to hear that your speeds have declined, but we thank you for reaching out to our technical support team. If you have our DSL Internet service currently, please call our Sales team to see if our Cable Internet service is available in your area. Perhaps this could offer you faster speeds. Have been with Execulink for over 10 years now and have seen the service decline each year. Im still on a phoneline DSL service and the download speeds are lucky to hit 2.4 (during afternoon early evenings not even 1.0)and lately has been cutting out. Tech support however is usually good but service isn't keeping up with the increasing demand of todays needs. Please give our Sales team a call to discuss whether Cable Internet service is available in your area. You may be able to get faster speeds with this service. We really appreciate your business and would like to offer you something faster if we can.

Not consistent at all. It could be working perfectly fine at one point, and then a few hours later be nearly (if not literally) unusable! Can't have more than one person on it at once without it being horrendously slow. I would never recommend this company with the current quality of service we are currently getting.

I have been with Execulink's DSL internet for almost 15 years. 50 Gb of usage cost 34.95/mo and was raised to 39.95/mo. I have charged additional fees for going over the 50 Gb limit. 15 months ago, Execulink lowered their rates and increased their usage limits. They did not automatically lower their customer invoices. They claim that is illegal. When I asked for a refund or credit for my over payment, they refused.

On a positive note, I have always found their Tech Support to be helpful.

We have had internet through Execulink since about July. In the small village we are in the service is atrocious. We are supposed to be getting 1.5 Mbps (in this day in age is absolutely ridiculous) but we barely manage that speed. During the evening when we WANT to sit down and enjoy Netflix or YouTube videos, our service is constantly buffering and we are lucky if our internet speed is greater than 0.45 - 0.60 Mbps!!!! We are told that they have all the hardware on the tower to upgrade to a 3 Mbps service, but won't because of the demand. WE PAY $70 A MONTH FOR THIS!!! PLEASE UPGRADE OUR TOWER!!!! This is silly...begging for 3 Mbps...in this day in age...do no tell me to call technical support, because we do FAR TOO OFTEN. SAME BS EVERY TIME. Oh, and paying $2.00 extra a month because we choose not to have our payments automatically withdrawn!?? What a cash grab...we will petition with the neighbours to get some competition for you...ridiculous.

Poor customer service and even worse internet. There is no reliability. Speeds range for bytes to 8 kilobytes, and that's if the speed gets above zero at all. Drops every other second, basically no point in paying for a service when you can't even use it. At least with our old dialup you could get a sustained connection and reliable speed, this is just bad That's unfortunate that you are experiencing these issues on our Wireless Internet service. Please give our technical support a call at 1-877-393-2854 because we'd like to do some troubleshooting as you shouldn't be having these issues.

Got the Service installed on Tues Oct 14, 2014, sat on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for a tech to advise what is wrong, over 24 hours later, still no internet, spoke to a service tech after waiting 45 minutes, after he ran his 30 minute test apparently we need to submit a ticket to get Rogers to test my line that have been told takes another 48 hours to get the results. are you kidding me, I dropped Bell for this? OMG what have I done! Sorry to hear about your experience; we sincerely apologize for what you are going through. We will do everything in our power to correct this with Rogers and our technical support manager has been advised of the lengthy wait time you experienced.

They claim to offer invoice billing but was told by a rep on the phone and in email they only offer pre authorized withdrawal from a credit card or bank account. I have had a issue with a prior company and will never let another have access to my account info again. They miss lead to try and get you to sign up We do offer invoice billing as an alternative to Pre-Authorized Payment for an additional monthly fee and is subject to credit approval. We apologize that you were not informed about this option.

The up to 6 MB is a crock, we were with Execulink for a year and NEVER (not once) went above 1 MB. Even a customer service person said she was in a less congested area than us and she got up to 4 MB.
We were told we were at fault on our end and needed to pay for them to do repairs but we hadn't changed a thing since it was installed.
We're now with Rogers and are up over 40 MB and we've only had it for an hour!

I've had Execulink for more than 4 years and have had little to no issues. When I was in the beginning months of a high risk pregnancy and my phone would not work at my new address, their techs worked after hours to get me up and running and it was finished in a very timely fashion. A very considerate and personable company!

Have used them for several years. They would raise their price a couple of $ from year to year without bothering to notify me first - just increased the amount charged to my visa. Cancellation was a big hassle too, took 2 moths to reverse the visa charges they kept billing after i had cancelled.

My experience with Execulink has been nothing but positive. I have lived in Old North and used their digital phone and internet for nearly two years with great speed and 0 outage. That is to say, it did not go down once, and I am on this dang thing every day.

When I signed up, I got a slightly better deal because I did not want call answer, long distance (I use a phone card), call display, etc.

Useless digital phone service paired iwth internet.....phone did not work more than it worked!!!!!!! Horrible customer service.

I called their tech line and it was very quick to be answered, however it seems they have a 'soft' cap of 60 gb per month. If over, they would likely charge you for it, the rep said. oh well :(

While it took some work to get stable service (had problems that were related to Bell hardware used by many isps) Generally this has been a good ISP (customer for several years).

Customer support is not very good.
Frequent random serverside disconnects. 1+ year later, and still no resolution.
Complete lack of security.
Members Service area is still broken 3+ years later.
ie. no website bandwidth usage monitor.
Although they may have website space usage finally working after they broke/"upgraded" it 3+ years ago.

Horrible service technicians, unreliable service. Hi spped lite often comes in at less than 56Kps. Ridiculously slow
